Rebecca who went through the whole procedure with us was excellent and very professional. The man i can’t remember name who visited house before mum arrived home was respectful and professional. Andrew was very professional and helpful before and during the funeral. I had a very positive experience with all staff I came across.

Thoughtful, kind, courteous, efficient.

From my initial telephone call and contact with Ryan to the day of the funeral I can honestly say I was so impressed with the service provided. Our funeral arranger, Jean, was wonderful from our initial contact with her right throughout the process. She was so empathetic and professional, explaining everything that needed to be done and carefully going over each step so that we fully understood. She clearly understood our wishes and concerns and could not have done more for us. A wonderful person to have guiding us throughout this necessary process. Also Sharon was a lovely, warm and friendly presence for our first viewing and her approach was just perfect. Sarah was our funeral director on the day, and we were so impressed with how she managed the family to ensure everything went smoothly without a hitch. She liaised with the crematorium staff and minister and handled everything beautifully. She was so respectful and professional. It made a very difficult day so much easier knowing that it was being managed by her. She was very personable and looked after all the necessary processes with ease. I have to say that all the staff I interacted with were excellent and I was so impressed with them. I would have no hesitation in recommending James Brown & Sons Whiteabbey to any one in need of their services.

As a family, we recently lost our beloved Mum, we felt completely overwhelmed. From the moment we walked into the Lisburn Road branch, Liz and Janine were incredible. They lifted the stress and worry from our shoulders and handled everything with such care and compassion. Nothing was ever too much trouble.

They treated our Mum with such love and dignity, and every single member of staff we encountered was professional, sincere, and sympathetic. The Newtownards Road staff were equally supportive, and on the day itself, Bert, our funeral director, guided us with such kindness and reassurance. We could not have asked for better support during such a heartbreaking time.

As a family, we would highly recommend this firm to anyone. Their kindness and dedication meant the world to us, and we cannot praise them highly enough.

Complain put in against one of their employees falsely representing themselves as an undertaker from a different company to optain falsely optain documentation to be used in court .got no reply back just seen to let the issue pass with no action taken employee still works there definitely not a company I would use
