My family have been entrusting James Browns for generations to carry out their wishes and conduct their preparation, viewings and funerals which can only be described as respectful and dignified. Liz was phenomenal. Liz looked after my mum when her father passed away and helped her navigate tough decisions and gave her all information needed while being empathetic, professional and friendly. I had no doubt in my mind who I would want to help guide me through the process of laying my mum to rest when she then passed this year. My mum had requested that I ask for Liz specifically to help with her funeral plans, she made such a lasting impression that I had no question who I would trust more to give my mum the send off she wanted from James Browns. All other staff I had interactions with were amazing. Andrew conducted the funeral and ensured everything went seamlessly from the service to the burial. Liam had prepared my mums body and checked with the lisburn road branch where my mum was at rest before the funeral to make sure I was happy with her hair, make up and clothing. Ruth was there for one of the viewing appointments prior to mums funeral and was more than happy to touch up her make when I had mentioned her blush was a little too pink for her natural skin tone. I honestly cannot fault any interaction, process or person at James Browns, the staff are exceptional. Their attention to detail and overwhelming care is so clear and appreciated.

Staff are extremely professional, excellent quality of care and empathy. Making everything so very easy during such a difficult time. Nothing was ever a problem they listened and they delivered everything to an extremely high standard, and I am forever thankful for the help, support and their service

We used James Brown and Sons for my father’s funeral. They were exceptional. It was the first funeral my siblings and I had had to organise and they walked us through the whole process making things very easy and straight forward for us at a difficult time. Their team, Robert in particular, were extremely professional, considerate and kind.
