
At James Brown & Sons, we believe that strong communities are built by passionate people. This month, we are proud to award funding to five exceptional local groups through our James Brown Community Fund, each making a powerful difference in their own unique way.
Carnmoney Parish Church will run their beloved “Saddle Up” Holiday Club, engaging 50 children in a fun-filled week of learning, creativity, and connection, culminating in a community BBQ and Family Service.
In This Together will use their funding to supply fresh dairy products through their busy Social Supermarket, serving over 990 households weekly and tackling food poverty with dignity and compassion.
Megain Memorial Church of the Nazarene is growing their Kids and Youth Programme, providing inclusive, safe, and joyful events like Easter Fun Days, youth clubs, and their cherished Breakfast with Santa.
Sense NI is launching Pathway to Possibility, a groundbreaking transition programme for young people with complex disabilities, offering life skills training, creative exploration, and future planning in a fully accessible environment.
Each of these projects is a shining example of community spirit in action. We welcomed representatives from each organisation to celebrate their success in person at our Awards Presentation on 12th August 2025 and we thank all applicants for their dedication to making a difference.
